摘要
从组织生态学视角来研究产业组织对工作变动的影响是一个全新的研究领域。组织生态学对于组织员工流动的研究主要分三个层次:一是种群间层次,研究产业演化对就业总量的影响;二是种群内层次,研究产业组织演化对工作流动比率和方向的影响;三是组织层次,研究产业组织演化对组织高管层的更替的影响。
The study of the influence of job changes in industry in the light of organizational econology is a newly developed research area.There are three levels to study the staff turnover: first,inter-population level,which is to study how the industry evolution affects the whole employment;second,within population level,which is to study the rate and direction of work flow affected by industry evolution;third,the organizational level,which is to study the influence of industrial demography on the executives replacement.
