摘要
企业中的和谐劳动关系是和谐社会的重要组成部分。企业人力资本投资是影响劳动关系的核心要素。通过对中山市企业的实际调查数据,本文分析在职培训这一基本的人力资本投资方式对企业和谐劳动关系的影响机理并建立在职培训对劳动关系影响的模型。增加在职培训的人数和培训内容的适用性,将会增加劳动者的人力资本存量,提高劳动者的谈判能力,进而为和谐劳动关系的建立奠定基础。
The corporation's harmonious labor relation is the most important part of the harmonious society.The human capital investment is a core factor for labor relations.With research data from the enterprises in Zhongshan City Guangdong Province,the paper discusses the effect mechanism of on-the-job training which is the basic mode of the human capital investment in the corporation's harmonious labor relations,and attempts to find a model about the effect of on-the-job training to labor relations.The conclusion of the paper is that the increase of the participants in on-the-job training and the improvement of the applicability of the training content can increase the quantity of human capital for laborers and can enhance the laborers' ability of the bargaining,and can thus lay the basis for harmonious labor relations.
