我国小班化教育的历史演进及其深层思考 被引量:13

摘要 小班化教育是知识经济时代对人才素质个性化要求的必然产物。适应这一要求,我国在上世纪90年代中后期也走上了小班化教育改革之路。具体来看,以上海、北京率先进行小班改革试点为界线分为两个时期:试点之前的"自在阶段"和试点之后的"自觉阶段"。这其中有成功经验值得总结亦有遗漏问题需要解决:一是打破"单一化",实现研究主体的多样化;二是摒弃"一元化",实现研究范式的多元化;三是普及小班化教育,重点和难点在农村。 Small class education is the inevitable demand of individual quality of people in the era of knowledge economy. In order to meet this demand, China chose the road of small class education reform in mid 1990s. Specifically speaking, small class education reform in Shanghai and Beijing has gone through two stages, i.e. , "free stage" before experiments and "conscious stage" after experiments. Successful experiences have been achieved, but problems need to solve. One of the problems is breaking simplification and realizing diversification of research subject. The second is abandoning centralization and realizing diversification of research method. The third is popularizing small class education especially in rural areas.
