摘要
为改善高校图书馆的服务质量,人们对人性化管理、人性化服务、人性化设计等方面理论的运用进行了许多探讨与实践,但因为是从商业领域到服务领域的迁移,以及在概念上的模糊不清,导致了生搬硬套人性化管理理论、"人性化服务"理论不成熟与内涵不健全、人性化设计思想欠缺与不重视等问题。灵活运用人性化设计思想可以解决高校图书馆在服务管理等方面存在的诸多问题。
In order to improve the quality of library service in colleges, people have researched and practised much on humanized management, service, and design. However, the concept of humanization, which is obscure, was originally applied in business sector instead of service sector. As a result, the theory of humanized management was applied mechanically, the theory and connotation of humanized service is imperfect, and the idea of humanized design is deficient and not paid enough attention to. To apply flexibly the idea of humanized design can solve a number of problems existing in library service and management in colleges.
