摘要
从焦化厂处理焦化废水的活性污泥中分离出365株细菌,分别属于10个细菌属,其中Gram负反应菌占总菌数的59.46%。黄杆菌属(Flavobacterium)、产碱菌属(Alcarligenes)和芽胞杆菌属(Bacilus)为该活性污泥中的优势种群。从上述菌株中筛选到两株对苯酚有较强去除率的细菌(假单胞菌属Pseudomonassp.4003和不动杆菌属Acinetobactersp.3008),在处理焦化废水时添加5mg/L的葡萄糖,可提高该菌对废水中挥发性酚的降解能力。
bacterial strains were isolated from the activated sludge in the rreatment of coke oven liquids.They were identified and belong to 10 genera.Gram negative strains make up 59.46% of all strains.Flavobacterium,Alcarligenes and Bacillus are dominant benera in the activated sludge.Among the strains screened,Pseudomonas sp.4003 and Acinetobacter sp.3008 showed an efficient capacity of breaking down phenol.By adding only 5 milligrams of glucose perlitre to the coke oven liquids inoculated with Pseudomonas sp.4003,the degradation of phenolic substances could be significantly accelerated.
