常州市会展旅游发展比较优势研究

Analysis of Changzhou Convention and Exhibition Tourism Based on the Theory of Comparative Advantage

中国加入WTO,推动了常州与世界进一步融合,而北京2008年奥运会的成功举办、上海2010年世界博览会的成功申办,又给常州带来了新的发展机遇。常州市会展旅游目前存在展会规模小、运作不规范、专业化水平低和国际化程度不高等特点。应完善场馆设施及周边交通,加强产业协作,培养专业人才,开发特色旅游产品及加强与周边城市的合作。

With the China＇s accession to the WTO, Chang Zhou has promoted the further integration with the world. The success of the Beijin 2008 Olympic Games and the organization of Shanghai 2010 World Expo brought a new development chance to Chang Zhou. In this paper, we well have a briefly summarize on the concept of exhibition and the necessary of MICE tourism development, then use the theory of comparative advantage to analyze the advantage of Chang Zhou MICE tourism, as well as the problems, in order to promote the development of Chang Zhou convention and exhibition tourism.
