银杏叶提取物对痴呆大鼠海马神经元钙离子通道的影响

摘要 目的:探讨银杏叶提取物对痴呆大鼠海马神经元L-型钙离子通道的作用。方法:建立痴呆动物模型,造模40天后提取痴呆大鼠海马神经元脑组织匀浆,用标准的全细胞膜片钳技术记录L-型钙离子通道电流。结果:①与空白组相比较,对照组,治疗组对Ica.L的影响不具有统计学差异(P>0.05)。②模型组、治疗组大鼠脑组织匀浆使I-V曲线逐渐下移,但对钙离子的抑制作用与空白组差异无统计学意义。结论:银杏叶提取物对造模40天后痴呆大鼠海马神经元L型钙离子通道不具有影响作用。 Objective:To investigate effects of ginkgo biloba extract(GbE)on the L-type calcium channel of hippocampu in Dementia rat.Methods:Dementia rat models were established.Normal group and model group were administered normal saline,GbE group was administered ginkgo biloba extract.Whole cell patch clamp technique was used to record the Ica.L in hippocampal CA1 pyramidal neurons after 40days.Results:1.Comparing the Ica.L between the 3 groups,there is no statistics sense(P〉0.05).2.The I-V curves downward of the model group and GbE-treated group,but comparing with norinal group there are no statistics sense in restraining calcium.Conclusion:Ginkgo biloba extract makes no effects on the L-type calcium channel of hippocampu in Dementia rat those were established for 40 days.
