摘要
本文对不同碳化温度下制备的PAN基碳纤维的电阻率、结构参数、微晶择优取向度Z°及层面内C-C原子键距a0进行了测量,给出了PAN基碳纤维的电阻率随结构参数(La、Lc、L002)的变化规律,同时对碳纤维的电子特性进行了初步讨论.
resistivity,structural parameters,preferred orientation(Z°) and C-C bond Length are measured on PAN_based carbon fibers prepared at different carbonization temperatures,chenge relation of resistivity of PAN_based carbon fibers with structural parameters (L a、L c、d 002 )is given,and electronic properties is discussed preliminarily in the present work.
