摘要
文章围绕文化产业的创新意识、创新思维、创新精神、创新技能的培养,提出了在文化产业创新人才的培养实践中要因地、因需、因材施教,着重引导学生积极思考、善于探索,培育灵活多变的创新理念为教育核心,在培养创新技能的方法上应面对青藏地区具体环境的变化而依托专业、因人而异、倾箱倒箧。
This paper,focusing on the cultivation of innovative awareness,innovative thinking and innovation spirit and innovative skills of cultural industry,puts forward the idea of training personnel according to the place,the demand and the aptitude books and mainly instructing students to think actively and be flexible and innovative.The method of cultivating innovative skills should also meet the specific conditions of Qinghai-Tibet plateau.
