摘要
本文以对外经济贸易大学为例,深入分析了高等院校推行节能减排的重要意义和常见措施,用实证研究的方法从供水、供暖、太阳能应用等方面探讨了高校节能减排工作的可行性,进行了全面的效益分析。同时针对潜在的问题提出改进建议,对推进节约型校园的建设具有重要参考价值和研究意义。
This paper makes an in-depth analysis on energy consevation and pollution reduction in colleges and universities with the empircal result of UIBE.It discusses the great significance and possiablities of energy-saving,then tables the proposals respectively in water supply,heating system and solar energy system.It also proposes new methods to improve the efficiency based on the performance analysis of the energy conservation and pollution reduction practice.
