摘要
本文在研究顾客满意度概念发展和顾客满意度模型演变的基础上,结合超市食品安全质量的特点,构建了超市食品安全顾客满意度结构模型,通过苏果超市顾客满意度的测评,对模型进行了验证。
Based on the development of the concept of customer satisfaction index,the evolution of the model of customer satisfaction index and the combination of the characteristic of supermarket food safety quality,a structural model of supermarkets food safety customer satisfaction index was constructed.Through customer satisfaction index survey and assessment in Suguo supermarket,the validity of the model was verified.
