摘要
房地产作为投资大,风险大的行业,对建设投资进行有效控制尤为重要。本文结合实践,探讨了从项目决策、计划预控、施工实施、项目后评价这四个阶段做好建设投资控制的方法。
Real estate as an industry with big investment and high risks,the effective control is particularly important for construction investment.This paper combined with practice,discussed construction investment control from four stages,the project,planning pre-control,construction implementation,post-project assessment.
