Decoration reconstruction reflects the staff＇s concern for the life of the staff and makes efforts to improve their living conditions,but also adds the flavor of the times for companies to show a good image of the modern enterprise.But the decoration transformation should be similar as new construction,and the cost control should be run through all aspects of the decision-making,design,tendering,construction and settlement.The author from the manager＇s perspective,discussed the cost control of implementation phase of the decoration reconstruction project.
