摘要
从目前建筑劳务管理的现状看,大量低素质、不稳定的建筑农民工与大规模现代化的工程建设不相适应。本文分析了建筑劳务管理当前的困境与形成原因,指出成建制劳务企业目前还难以为继,包工头在相当长时间还会存在;并分析了施工企业成立自己的相对稳定的劳务施工队或劳务公司的必要性和可行性。
From the present situation of construction service management,a lot of of unstable construction workers with low quality can not adapt to large-scale modern construction.This paper analyzes the reasons and the dilemma of building service management,and describes that labor enterprises with package system develop unsustainably in current stage,labor contractor will still exist for a quite long time and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of construction enterprises set up their own relatively stable labor constructing team and labor service company.
