摘要
本文通过汉中秦巴生物科技产业园规划方案为例,运用模糊综合评价方法对秦巴生物科技产业园规划方案进行了模糊综合评价,旨在把模糊数学中隶属度的概念纳入规划方案评价中,把规划方案评价尽可能定量化,从而使得规划方案评价时把人为主观因素降低,更有利于经济欠发达地区的产业园规划建设。
This paper evaluates Qinba Biological Sci-Tech Park by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,aiming to introduce the concept of membership degree in fuzzy mathematics to the evaluation of architecture plan and design,and quantify the evaluation process and results.The adoption of this method can reduce the influence of subjective factors and therefore benefits the planning and construction of high-tech development zones in developing regions.
