摘要
工程施工管理是提高企业市场竞争力、实施成本管理的一个有效手段,提高企业的工程施工管理水平,对企业的发展有着非常重要的作用。本文对当前我国建筑工程施工管理的现状进行了分析,针对当前的一些不足,提出了一些促进提高工程施工管理水平的建议和措施。
Project construction management is an efficient means to improve enterprise competitiveness and implement cost management,to improve the enterprise management level has a very important role to the development of enterprise.Based on current situation of construction management in our country,aiming at the present shortcomings,this paper proposed some suggestions and measures of improving construction management level.
