对带式输送机拉紧装置的种类及优缺点等进行了分析,认为在带式输送机的设计中选择合适的驱动装置和拉紧方式及拉紧力是带式输送机设计的关键,当带式输送机驱动装置确定后,在选择拉紧方式及拉紧力时必须考虑驱动装置软启动性能、输送带总长度、力在输送带中的传递速度、输送带伸长率、输送带安装时输送带张紧程度、输送带接头长度和安装条件,才能确定一个合适的拉紧方式及拉紧力。

This paper analyzed types of belt tension device and its advantages and disadvantages,and thought that it is the key of design of belt conveyor to choose appropriate device driver,tightening method and tightening force,when finalized,in choosing taut and taut force,it must be considered that driving device soft start-up performance,the total length of the conveyer belt,the transmission speed,conveyor belt elongation,belt conveyor tensioning in installation,conveyor belt joint length and installation conditions,to determining an appropriate tightening method and tightening force.
