目前,解决农村剩余劳动力顺利转移问题是黑龙江省面临的重要问题。黑龙江省是农业大省,要将这些农村剩余劳动力进行合理和科学地转移与配置,不仅有利于黑龙江省经济的发展,社会的进步,同时也对有效地解决"三农"问题和实现中国经济社会的稳定发展具有重要的现实意义。

At present,it is an important issue for Heilongjiang Province to transfer rural surplus labor smoothly.Heilongjiang Province is a major agricultural province.Reasonable and scientific transfer and configuration of rural surplus labor force is not only conducive to economic development and social progress in Heilongjiang Province,but also is of practical significance for effectively addressing the ＂three rural＂ issue and the realization of stability and development of China＇s economic society.
