高校知识女性性别与职业发展关系研究

Research on Relationship between College Intellectual Female's Gender and Career Development

高校知识女性是职业女性的典型代表。本文选取高校女性作为研究对象,从职称、任职、教学、科研等角度分析高校教职工中是否存在性别分层化现象。研究结果发现,高校教职工在这些方面都存在着不同程度的性别分层现象。并据此分析其背后的原因,提出相应的对策。

Intellectual female in college is a typical representative of professional women.Selecting college women as research objects from the title,office,teaching,scientific research,this paper analyzed whether there was the phenomenon of gender stratification among college staff.The result showed that there are different levels of gender stratification in these areas of all university teaching staff.This paper analyzed reasons according to above results and put forward countermeasures.
