摘要 目的减少由于节能液压源下的阀控系统变增益带来的跟踪误差.方法提出位置跟踪系统开环增益的观测器设计方法,运用自调节前馈补偿原理对控制系统进行动态补偿.结果实验证明动态补偿方法提高了位置跟踪精度.结论采用自调节前馈补偿技术能够有效地减小由变增益带来的误差. Aim To reduce the error of the valve controlled system with energy saving hydraulic pump, which is caused by variable gain characteristic. Methods The design methods of observer for open loop gain in position system were presented, and the self turning feedforward compensation techniques were implemented to compensate the control system dynamically. Results The experiment results show that the dynamic compensation improved the position tracking precision. Conclusion Self turning feedforward compensation techniques can greatly reduce the error caused by variable gain characteristic.
