摘要
以槲皮素提取率、提取物干粉状态和能耗为指标采用正交试验,优化了地锦草提取物制备工艺。以高效液相色谱方法测定提取物中槲皮素的含量确定了提取物的质量标准,并进行了方法学验证。结果显示,最佳工艺为8倍量70%乙醇提取3 h 2次,该工艺简单、可行,符合工业化大生产。
Orthogonal experiment was done to optimize the best preparation technology of Euphorbia humifusa willd extractum,and the content of quercetin was detected by HPLC. The results showed that the best technology was extracting twice by eight times as great as 70% ethanol solution for three hours. This technology was simple, feasible and fit for industrial large -scale production.
