摘要 综述了泰妙菌素的构效关系、抗菌机理及其活性、药动学、残留、毒性、药效学及临床应用,以期为该药在兽医临床上的应用提供依据及参考。 The review is mainly about the structure - pharmacokinetics, residues, toxicity, pharmacodynamics activity relationship, antibiotic mechanism and activity, and clinical application of tiamulin in order to provide the basis and references for veterinary clinic.
