摘要
缺陷漏磁场的Y分量是漏磁检测中最常检测的物理量。该文针对前人研究中有关宽度作用的矛盾结论,着眼于表面裂纹的量化检测,从整个场的分布角度,采用有限元方法研究了相同深度(0.2mm)不同宽度(0.02~1.0mm)两维矩形槽的漏磁场Y分量的分布特点,得到了宽度变化时漏磁场的分布规律,提出了如何利用检测到的Y分量获取裂纹宽度信息的方法。给出了宽度对检测中最重要的漏磁场Y分量峰-峰值大小的影响曲线。上述工作有助于全面认识宽度对漏磁场的作用,实现不同宽度、深度的表面裂纹量化检测。
The Y component of flux leakage field is the primary testing factor in the magnetic flux leakage testing. The effect of surface crack width on the leakage field is mainly discussed in order to characterize surface crack, and, in other words, to understand the width effect comprehensively. The magnetic field Y component characteristics of two dimension surface slots, with a depth (0.2mm) and different width ( 0.02  ̄ 1.0mm ), are analyzed from a point of view of field distribution. The influence of width is given. How to get the width information from Y component is discussed also. The influence curves of magnetic flux leakage field are given along with width changing. The work mentioned above is helpful to understand width effects and evaluate surface crack with different width and depth.
