摘要
建立舞者身体的"感受"系,是笔者多年来对舞蹈研究和身体科学性的感悟,在实际教学中收效甚佳。它以"感受"意识为主导,"感受身体"为构架基础,"内、外空间"为引导,"放松身体"为必备前提,"往返"式为动作运行思维。建立身体的"感受"系有利于舞者强化认识自身"身体"的意识和能力,解决学习舞蹈动作的相关内在性问题,唤醒舞者的主观能动性。
Developing a"feeling"system for dancers'body is the result of the writer's years of dance research and understanding of physical science,which virtually benefits dance teaching.The system is dominant in "feeling"perception,structured by "body feelings",directed by"inner and outer space"and presupposing"body relaxation".Development of"feeling"system contributes much to nurturing dancers'perception of their own body and ability,solving problems relevant to dance movements so as to awaken dancers' subjective initiative and ability of self-improvement.
