摘要
在未来持续发展和不可预测的市场环境中,灵敏制造成为保持企业竞争地位与生存发展的一个重要战略。阐述了灵敏制造的特征、内涵,并基于对中国国情的认识,从技术、组织与人三个方面较为详尽地分析了灵敏制造企业的建立原则及关键因素,包括经营过程重构、仿真、优化的方法和工具,扁平化柔性组织体系结构以及人因原理等。提出了解合理的灵敏制造企业设计模型—递阶式模型,为21世纪灵敏制造企业的建立提供了方法与支持。
Agile manufacturing is an important strategy to help an enterprise to win competition and to survive in future's unpredictable, continuous changing competition environment. The features and substates of agile manufacturing are discussed. In the point of technology, organization and human factor, the developing principles and key factors are analysed in detail, including the methods and tools of business process reengineering and its design, simulation and optimization, the flat flexible organization architecture, and human engineering, which is based on the knowlege of Chinese industry. The stair like design model for agile manufacturing enterprise is proposed. A reasonable approach for developing the 21st century's manufacturing enterprise is presented.
