红外热像检测技术是近年来迅速发展和推广的一项技术,在工业设备故障诊断和内部缺陷探查中使用十分广泛。引入基于红外测温技术和导热反问题的设备内部诊断方案,对石油输送管道的内部缺陷进行定量的诊断。

Infrared thermography is rapidly developed and widely used in industry in recent years.It can be applied to the diagnostication of industrial equipment internal defects.The basic principle of infrared thermography and the diagnostic algorithm based on heating rhetorical question is presented in this paper.As an application,the inner flaw of oil pipe is detected by the infrared thermography.
