摘要
为中批生产的铸铁托架设计了一个专用铣床夹具,使其能够在铣床上进行某一难加工平面的加工。通过对该零件加工面加工工艺的分析得出两种夹具的设计方案,并结合实际生产的需要对两种方案的优缺点进行比较,选择了结构简单、夹具零件加工方便、生产成本较低的方案。
The special milling jig is designed in order to produce the surface C for the castiron spider.Tow programme is obtained by analyzing the machining process of C.Compared the advantages and disadvantages of two schemes,and the first program is selected because of simple structure,simple processing and low production cost.
