摘要
MC-60VA立式加工中心是20世纪90年代进口的设备,由于其数控系统出现了严重故障,导致无法维修恢复,只有通过技术改造的途径,来使该设备重新发挥作用。本次改造是采用FANUC0I控制系统替换原机床配置的OSP-5020L控制系统,并进行相关的技术改造工作,介绍了该设备在电气改造中所涉及到的系统配置、急停、限位、刀库控制、主轴换档控制技术的软硬件设计方法。
MC-60VA Vertical Machining Center is the 90's of last century imported machine,numerical control systems because of its serious problems,will lead to maintenance of recovery,only through Retrofitting means to make the device play a role again.This Retrofitting applies FANUC 0I replace the original machine control system OSP-5020L,and the associated Retrofitting of work,this thesis describes the Retrofitting in the electrical equipment involved in the system configuration,emergency stop,limit bits,tools control,spindle gear change control technology hardware and software design.
