近几年,随着经济改革向更深层次方向发展,许多大型集团规模扩大,资金往往处于分散状态,这给企业带来了诸多问题。因此,建立起资金的集中管理体系势在必行。本论文通过深入分析我国企业资金信息化发展的现状、综合研究学习了企业管理信息化、资金集中管理等相关管理理论,针对我国集团型企业的资金管理信息化建设过程中出现的主要问题,提出我国企业资金管理信息系统的系统模型,并进行了业务功能分析设计和数据结构分析设计,为我国集团型企业的财务资金集中管理提供了系统支持。
