基于网络技术的动车检修库安全监控系统

摘要 动车库内属高电压作业区,为保证库内作业人员的人身安全,根据铁道部的相关规定并结合动车库的实际状况,开发研制基于网络技术的动车检修库安全监控系统,运用PLC网络控制系统、计算机控制系统、门禁系统和视频监视系统的协调工作,充分利用检测手段、计算机逻辑处理、电器联锁等控制方法,防止由于工作人员的疏忽、精神疲倦、联系不周等人为因素造成事故,实现人机联控,在动车日检作业中确保登上车顶的检修人员的人身安全和设备安全。 Activity in the garage area is a high-voltage operation, in order to ensure the personal safety of bank operations, according to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Railways and the combination of the actual situation of moving the garage, developed network based security control system with bullet train repair workshop, the use of PLC control systems, computer control systems, access control and video surveillance system coordination, make full use of detection means, the computer logic processing, electrical interlocks and other control methods, prevent the staff negligence, mental fatigue, contact accidents caused by human factors such as ill, to achieve human-machine joint control, the motor car inspection operations on board the roof of the maintenance personnel to ensure the safety and equipment safety.
