摘要
NAND FLASH以其大容量,低成本,低功耗,抗震荡在非易失存储介质中占据重要地位。LINUX作为嵌入式应用中一款主流的操作系统,有着多款针对NAND FLASH的原生文件系统,本文分析比较了基于LINUX的NAND FLASH文件系统,重点对其读写性能进行测试与讨论,为嵌入式系统应用提供了量化依据。
NAND FLASH is having the important role in the storage architectures because its great characteristic of big storage capacity, low price, low power cost and anti-shock. LINUX, which is the mainstream in the embedded OS, has some raw file systems which are especially design for NAND FLASH. this article compares the NAND FLASH file systems base on LINUX, especially discussing and testing their I/O performance, gives quantify data for the embedded application.
