摘要
应用单参数曲面族包络面理论计算和分析空间凸轮机构,具有几何直观性强、计算精确度高、易于通过计算机实现分析计算等特点,本文应用该理论建立了摆动从动杆圆锥凸轮机构空间廓面方程的解析表达式,推导出凸轮机构压力角、廓面主曲率几何特性参数的计算公式。实际应用表明,本文的方法,计算结果正确并有利于空间凸轮机构CAD/CAM软件的开发。
Based on the theory of envelopes for 1 parameter family of surfaces to analyze spatial cam mechanisms is intuitive in geometry, high accurate and easily programming using computer. In this paper, the analytical profile expression of conical cam with oscillating conical roller follower is established once the follower motion program has been given. Further more. the analytical expression of pressure angles and principal curvatures are derived from the obtained analytical profile expression. The case demonstrates that results are correct and the proposed approach is favorable for building the CAD/CAM software of cam mechanisms.
