本文提出了一种椭圆插补的新方法———映射法，该法几何意义清晰，算法简单，易于编程实现，是一种较理想的椭圆插补方法。
The author put forward a new and ideal method of ellipse interpolation——mapping method which has a clear meaning and simple arithmetic and is easily programmed. The author has found the mapping relationship of a ellipse and a circle by researching the characteristics of ellipse. According to this mapping relationship, the ellipse interpolation can be derived from the circle interpolation by an indirect way. This method avoids the complex calculation of the ellipse locus and the difficulty of programming.
