摘要
目的：观察单纯手法治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的疗效，笔者在临床中观察到，在患肢肘关节桡侧桡骨小头附近及前臂中上段以单纯手法治疗，取得满意疗效，并结合自身认识对该病的发病机理进行探讨。结果：治愈率77．5％，总效率为98．33％。结论：手法治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎疗效显著。
Objective：Observes the pure technique treatment radius stem petty tenosynovitis the curative effect, the author in clin- ical observes suddenly,in the trouble extremity elbow joint oar side capitulum radii and the forearm the upside by the pure technique treatment,obtains satisfaction curative effect,and unifies own understanding to the pathogenesis which should get sick to carry on the discussion. Results：The cure rate 77.5 %, the overall effectiveness index is 98.33%. Conclusion：Technique treatment radius stem suddenly petty tenosynovitis curative effect remarkable.
