肿瘤化疗中正确给药方法的体会

目的：在肿瘤化疗中，采取正确的给药方法，减轻化疗药的毒副作用，发挥最佳治疗效果。方法：对我科1999年～2004年100余例进行化疗的患者，进行回顾性的分析。护士在化疗前首先评估化疗药，同时评估患者的身体、心理、即往用药、相关资料来正确指导用药和健康宣教，在实际操作中采用（以静脉滴注为例）正确的配药、加药。正确给药途径及化疗后正确拔针来保证局部皮肤的完整性等几方面进行论述。结果：化疗毒副反应减轻，局部发生静脉炎减少，化疗药达到了最大效果。结论：采取正确给药方法是决定化疗成败的关键。
