急性左心衰竭的急救护理体会

目的：分析急性左心衰的急救护理。方法：对30例患者加强急救护理，包括基础护理、畅通气道护理、给药护理等综合性护理，并对患者进行相关内容的临床观察。结果：急救后患者总有效率达86．67％、生命体征及血氧饱和度均较护理前有所好转（P〈0．05）。结论：全面、精心的急救护理对提高临床疗效、降低死亡率等具有极其重要的意义。

Results： Before first aid future trouble total effectiveness reaches 86.67%, the life symptom and the blood oxygen degree of saturation nurses has the change for the better （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Comprehensive,careful first aid nursing to enhances the clinical curative effect, reduces the mortality rate and so on to have the extremely vital significance.
