浅析腹股沟斜疝无张力修补手术护理体会

腹股沟斜疝是疝囊经过腹壁下动脉外侧的腹股沟管深环（内环）突出，向内、向下、向前斜行经过腹股沟管，再穿出腹股沟管浅环（皮下环），并可进入阴囊。无张力疝修补术是近年来国际比较流行的新术式，在临床采用越来越广泛，因此无张力疝修补术围手术期护理十分主要。我科自2008年以来共收治腹股沟斜疝48例，均采用无张力疝修补术，患者经我科积极治疗和护理后全部治愈出院，现将腹股沟斜疝无张力修补术护理体会报告如下。
