牵引综合治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效分析

目的：通过彩色多普勒超声检查了解颈椎牵引等综合治疗对椎动脉型颈椎病（Cervical Spondylopathy of Vertebral Artery，CSA）治疗的意义。方法：对160例CSA全部做x线、CT及超声检查，结合临床确诊，随机分为牵引综合治疗组和单独牵引组各80例，观察对CSA进行颈椎牵引加颈部中药熏蒸、手法整复及超激光（Super Lizer HA--550）照射4种疗法同时治疗的疗效与单独牵引治疗进行比较。结果：经Ridit分析，认为牵引综合治疗疗效较单纯牵引差异显著，有统计学意义。结论：牵引综合治疗疗效高，缩短了治疗时间和疗程，认为牵引等综合治疗较单独牵引治疗疗效高。
