目的：总结镍钛舍金聚髌爪用于髌骨骨折内固定的手术配合。方法：对37例髌骨骨折患者实施镍钛合金聚髌爪内固定术，术前了解患者病情，做好心理疏导，术中及时提供型号适宜的髌骨爪及足够的冰、热生理盐水，复住满意后缝合切口。结果：37例手术均顺利完成，无一例出现并发症。结论：手术室护士对相关手术知识掌握以及完善的术前准备和及时的术中配合是手术成功的保证。
