目的：探讨医院胃肠外科围手术期抗菌药物使用情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：采用回顾性分析的方法，对医院胃肠外科患者病例资料进行了调查分析。结果：存在无指征用药、用药时间长、无指征更换用药、选药档次高等问题。结论：胃肠外科在围手术期使用抗菌药物存在不合理之处，如用药时间长，更换抗菌药物频繁及标本送检率低等。
