60例消化性溃疡穿孔的手术治疗体会

目的：探讨消化性溃疡穿孔的手术效果及并发症情况.方法：回顾性分析我院2009年1月～2010年1月收治的60例具有手术指征的消化性溃疡穿孔的手术资料.结果：60采用手术治疗的病例中行穿孔单纯修补42例,占70.0%,其余采用胃大部切除18例,均采用Bill-RothⅡ式胃空肠全口颈吻合术.全部患者均治愈,无死亡病例.结论：消化性溃疡穿孔和手术治疗应严格掌握适应证.
