目的：结合自身临床经验小议老年糖尿病患者在临床的护理要点.方法：全面总结对30例老年糖尿病患者在临床进行的入院健康宣教及住院期间病情观察、护理及服药方法.结果：30例患者未发生严重的并发症.结论：通过有效的入院健康宣教、合理的护理安排有助于改善病症的恢复率,降低病死率,提高老年患者的生存生活质量.

Methods： The comprehensive summary to 30 example old age diabetic in hospital healthy propaganda and in hospital period condition observation which clinical carries on, nurses and takes medicine the method. Results： 30 example patients have not had the serious complication. Conclusion： Through the effective in hospital healthy propaganda, the reasonable nursing arrangement is helpful to the improvement illness restoration ratio, reduces the case fatality rate, improves the old age patient＇s survival quality of life.
