中西医结合治疗胃溃疡穿孔的探求

目的：探求中西医结合疗法治疗胃溃疡穿孔的操作及临床效果,证实中西医结合疗法是目前治疗胃溃疡穿孔的理想疗法之一.方法：实例对比分析,以我院2007年4月～2010年4月治疗的9例胃溃疡穿孔患者为例,将其按治疗方法分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用中西医结合法治疗,对照组采用手术和中药治疗.统计两组数据进行比较.结果：治疗组有效率为83.3%,平均治疗时间11.3天,随访3个月,复发1例,较对照组有明显优势.结论：中西医结合治疗胃溃疡穿孔疗效显著,是目前治疗胃溃疡穿孔的理想疗法之一.

Results： Treatment group effectiveness is 83. 3%, the average treatment time 11. 3 days, make a follow--up visit for 3 months,recur 1 example,compare the control group to have the obvious superiority. Conclusion： The cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine treatment gastric ulcer perforation curative effect is remarkable,is at present treats one of gastric ulcer perforation ideal therapies.
