应用锁骨钩状钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折和肩锁关节脱位28例

目的：探讨应用锁骨钩状钢板治疗锁骨骨折和肩锁关节脱位的疗效.方法：应用锁骨钩状钢板内固定治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折28例,术后三角巾悬吊2～3周,1周后开始功能练习.结果：本组28例经过10～20个月随访,所有患者获得良好复位和固定,肩关节功能恢复良好,内固定取出后无再脱位及再骨折现象.结论：应用锁骨钩状钢板内固定治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折疗效满意,并发症少,是一种较为理想的内固定方法.

Objective：Discussion application collar bone uncinus steel plate treatment collar bone bone fracture and articulatlo acromioclavicularis dislocation curative effect. Methods： Using collar bone uncinus steel plate in fixed treatment articulatio acromioclavicularis dislocation and collar bone far--end hone fracture 28 examples, after technique sling suspension 2- 3 weeks,after 1 week starts the function practice. Results： This group of 28 examples pass through 10-20 month revisits,all patients obtain the good replacement and fixed, the shoulder joint function restores good, after in takes out fixedly does not have again the dislocation and again the bone fracture phenomenon. Conclusion： The fixed treatment articulatio acromioclavicularis dislocation and the collar bone far- end bone fracture curative effect is satisfied using the collar bone uncinus steel plate in, the complication are few,is one more ideal in fixed method.
