目的：了解患者对输液室护理工作满意度及其影响因素,以完善护理工作质量,提高患者满意度.方法：采用自制的满意度调查问卷,每月定期向门诊输液患者发放问卷,调查患者对输液室总体情况、对护士的服务态度和技术水平、对护士工作的主动性等的满意度.结果：患者对输液室总体情况、护士服务态度和技术水平等满意度较高,但对输液过程中护士对患者的关心及输液治疗等候时间的满意度较低.结论：护士对患者的健康教育及人文关怀尚不够,输液室环境不够安静舒适,需采取措施加以提高.

Finally： （1）The schizophrenia patient year average per person always spends （Renminhi） 18804 Yuan,in which spends 6244 Yuan directly （33. 432%）,spends 12097 Yuan indirectly （66. 568%）;（2）The in hospital patient year average per person always spends （25314 Yuan）,the direct expenditure （10408 Yuan）, the direct medical expenditure （9137 Yuan） is higher than the outpatient service patient （respectively is 16313 Yuan,3301 Yuan,2174 Yuan;（3）The cities patient always spends （22436 Yuan）,the direct expenditure （7616 Yuan）,the direct medical expenditure （6346 Yuan）,is higher than the countryside patient （respectively is 19366 Yuan,6310 Yuan,5188 Yuan,P〈0.05） Conclusion： The conclusion schizophrenia creates the economical expenditure is huge, in which by the indirect expenditure primarily, in hospital patient always spends is higher than the outpatient service patient, the cities is higher than the countryside.
