The Effect of Suture Depth on the Impact of PPH

目的探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)中荷包缝合深度对疗效的影响。方法以PPH术中荷包缝合深度是否略带平滑肌纤维组织分为常规组和深缝组,常规组122例,荷包缝合深度位于黏膜下。深缝组90例,荷包缝合略带平滑肌层。观察术后痔核回缩、脱出、出血、疼痛情况。结果 PPH术中荷包缝合深度略带平滑肌纤维组织的患者痔核回缩好,长期随访痔核脱出明显减少。结论荷包缝合深度略带平滑肌纤维可使肛垫固定更可靠,从而提高PPH的疗效。

Objective To investigate the effect of suture depth on the impact of PPH by surgical stupler. Mothods The patients were divided into two groups in accordance with the ring suture depth in the PPH surgery suture. 122 patients in conventional group had the ring suture depth of submucosal suture. 90 patients in deep suture group had the ring suture depth with a small amount of smooth muscle fibers. The differences between the two groups postoperative were compared on the hemorrhoids retraction, prolapse, bleeding and pain. Result PPH patients in the ring suture depth with slightly smooth muscle tissue good retraction, and for long - term follow - up their hemorrhoids prolapse decreased. Conclusions Ring suture with slight depth of the smooth muscle fibers enable the anal cushions to reach a more reliable fix, thereby enhance the efficacy of PPH.
