摘要
井喷事故后果严重,特别是当井喷物质中含有H_2S等有毒气体时,会造成重大的人员伤亡和财产损失。为了研究含H_2S天然气井喷事故后的安全疏散问题,建立了含H_2S天然气井井喷事故模型,对含H_2S天然气井喷事故进行数值模拟。模拟得到了含H_2S天然气井喷事故中井喷气体的浓度场分布情况。以此为依据确定安全疏散时间和最小安全疏散半径的计算方法,并通过模拟算例验证了方法的可靠性。
The blowout accident of natural gas well could lead to serious consequences such as loss of life and property, especially when the poisonous gas such as H2S is present. The emergency evacuation should be initiated immediately when the sour gas wells do blow out. Therefore, it is of great importance to carry out research on the efficiency of emergency evacuation management. The blowout accident model of sour gas well is set up to simulate the real situation. The concentration distribution of sour gas in blowout accident was obtained from the numerical simulation. The data was used to propose a calculation method for the evacuation time and the shortest evacuation radius. The reliability of the methodology was validated by simulation instance. The simulation results were comparable with the real safety evacuation setup, and the method of minimum evacuation radius calculation was proven to be reasonable. The research fundamental on the sour gas blowout could be popularized to the other hazardous instances, such as heavy gases blowout or diffusion.
