2010年3—4月国内安全生产事故统计分析

Statistics of industrial accidents in China during the period from March to Appril in 2010

统计了2010年3—4月国内发生的各种安全生产事故275起,包括矿业事故、交通事故、爆炸事故、火灾、毒物泄漏和中毒及其他事故。统计表明,在275起事故中,交通事故最多,占59.64%,其次是矿业(13.82%)、其他事故(13.09%)、爆炸事故(5.45%)、火灾事故(4.00%)毒物泄漏和中毒(4.00%)。275起事故共死亡1 102人,伤648人,死亡人数的百分比分别为交通事故57.92%、矿业事故21.96%、其他事故13.25%、火灾2.72%、泄漏中毒2.27%、爆炸事故2.18%;受伤人数的百分比分别为交通事故70.99%、爆炸事故8.95%、其他事故8.49%、矿业事故5.40%、泄漏中毒4.78%、火灾1.39%。

The present paper reports the statistical data and analysis of industrial accidents in China during the period from March to Appril in 2010. There are 275 accidents in total, which can be summarized and classified into six categories： mining industry, traffic, explosion, leakage and poisoning, fire, and the others. Of all the 275 accidents, the percentages of the six categories can be illustrated according to their frequency order 13.82%, 59.64%, 5.45%, 4.00%, 4.00%, and 13.09% respectively. The total casualty is 1102 and the percentages for the six categories are 21.96%, 57.92%, 2.18 %, 2.27 %, 2.72%, and 13.25 % respectively. The number of the wounded is 648 and the percentages for the six categories are 5.40%, 70.99%, 8.95%, 4.78%, 1.39%, and 8.49% respectively. The analyses of the statistics show that the top five provinces and cities with the highest accident number are： Guangdong （24accidents）, Yunnan （23）, Guangxi （19）, Hunan （18）, and Zhejiang （17）. The top five provinces and cities with the largest casualty number are： Guangdong （107 dead）, Henan （100）, Yunnan （97）, Shanxi （79）, and Hunan （72）. And the top five provinces and cities with the biggest wounded number are： Guangdong （80）, Guangxi （71）, Yunnan （45）, Hunau （44）, and Shandong （44）.
