On February 6, 2010 the mechanical completion of the last batch of units on the list for construction of the 1.0 Mt/a ethylene unit at the Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company （ZRCC）, including a 650 kt/a EO and EG unit, an integrated unit encompassing a 285 kt/a propylene oxide unit and a 620 kt/a styrene unit, had been realized. At this moment the construction of ten mainstream production units at ZRCC had been successfully completed, symbolizing the start of pre-commissioning of the 1.0 Mt/a ethylene project at ZRCC, the construction of which spanned three years.
