德尔菲法在制定职业病危害防控措施定量检查表中的应用

Application of Delphi Method in Quantitative Checklist of Occupational Hazard Control

[目的]建立评价职业病危害防控措施的定量检查表。[方法]采用德尔菲法经过两轮专家咨询确定定量检查表中各项评价指标及其权重系数。[结果]两轮咨询专家积极系数分别为75%和100%,专家权威程度为0.85,最终的专家协调系数为0.681,共确定4项合计20个评价指标及其权重系数。[结论]应用德尔菲法确定的职业病危害防控措施定量检查表,具有较高的可靠性,可应用于职业病危害评价工作。

[ Objective ] To set up a quantitative checklist for evaluation of prevention and control measures for occupational hazards. [Methods ] Two rounds of Delphi consultation were employed to determine the evaluating indicators and their weights. [ Results ] After two rounds of eonsuhation, 20 evaluating indicators in 4 categories and their weights were determined. The active coefficients of two rounds of consultation were 75% and 100% respectively; the authoritative coefficient of experts was 0.85; the final accommodation coefficient was 0.681. [ Conclusion ] The quantitative checklist of occupational hazard control set up by Delphi method was of high credibility, and could be applied to occupational hazard evaluation.
